FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – As California voters receive their mail-in ballots for the special election to decide if the state should adopt new, temporary congressional maps, Republicans in Sacramento are calling Proposition 50 a power grab by Governor Gavin Newsom.

Hilton also discusses his priorities as he seeks to become California’s next top executive officer in a gubernatorial race that is only months away.
